How are our products made? Step 1/7 3D scanning of the car body The entire production process begins with a 3D scan of the car body. Using the scanner, we create a computer model of the body, based on which we design splitters. Step 2/7 Project preparation The next stage is the design of the splitters. Based on the prepared 3D scan, the designer selects the appearance, shape and properties of the splitters so that they best fit the given car model. Step 3/7 Creating product forms From design to realisation. According to design we are creating product forms. These forms serve as a three-dimensional model of each individual element. Step 4/7 Thermoforming We place the product form in a machine called a thermoformer. In this machine, a sheet of ABS material is heated to become plastic, then stretched over the form, imprinting the shape in the material. Step 5/7 Hand finishing Once the ABS material has cooled and the mold has solidified, the final processing has to be done. Workers hand cut, grind, level, and prepare each splitter. This ensures that the final product is of the highest quality. Step 6/7 CNC milling processing Some products, due to their complexity, require final processing using CNC milling machines. This allows not only to maintain accuracy and precision of execution, but also to speed up the production process. Step 7/7 Securing and packaging Each splitter is protected with a protective film to minimize the risk of scratches and other damage. In addition, to provide even better protection, each product is protected with an additional layer of film before packaging and shipping.
